A graduate of the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin, the Faculty of Law and Administration. Specialises particularly in the various aspects of civil law, family and custody law, labour law, and criminal law. In her practice, she focuses mainly on representation in court proceedings. During the many years she has practised in labour law, she has acquired invaluable experience of individual and collective employment relationships, including in relation to individual and group redundancies, employment contracts and agreements, in-house/corporate employment regulations (rules, collective labour agreements), and agreements between trade unions and employers. With her extensive expertise in family law (divorce, legal separation, marital property matters), she mediates in disputes and conciliatory proceedings, especially in relation to family matters. Finally, she supports Academia Iuris (Lublin Branch), as its patron.

In her professional practice, she has long experience in providing advice on individual and property insurance, and Client representation, during both liquidation proceedings before insurance companies, and court proceedings. She has extensive expertise in personal damage claims. Currently, she is handling the legal affairs of a leading insurance provider. Moreover, she represents Clients in proceedings before common courts related to many fields of civil law, including consumer and tourism laws. She provides advice on administrative proceedings, including those held before administrative courts.

Specialises in civil law, and particularly in the law of obligations, all aspects of commercial and trade laws, copyright, telecommunication law, and IT law. She also provides advice on unfair-competition matters and anti-trust law. Participates in trade negotiations. As a former Receiver, she provides advice on bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. For several years, together with her team, she has successfully managed cases against insurance companies, including policy-investment money recovery. She speaks fluent English, and is proficient in legal English.
